My name is Simon, and I’m passionate about real olive oil. I’m half Belgian, half Sicilian, and grew up with olive oil at the heart of our family culture.

In Belgium, I struggled to find quality oil — most are industrial and lack origin transparency. I was raised on pure, organic, hand-picked olive oil, and I wanted to share that with friends.

What began as a hobby is now a mission: bringing real Sicilian olive oil to more people.
